Christine Burke Associate Attorney

Christine is a native to Northern Michigan, born and raised in Alpena. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University with a major in Political Science- Pre Law. She received her law degree from the University of Oregon. After graduating from law school in 2019 and passing the Michigan Bar Exam, Christine returned to Northern Michigan to practice law. She brings to the firm experience from the Colorado Department of the Attorney General, the Colorado Public Defenders Office, Legal Services of Northern Michigan, and the Emmet County Prosecutor’s Office.

Legal Assistant Kendall Hornsby

Kendall holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Central Michigan University, with a minor in psychology.  Kendall strives to be as helpful and as understanding as possible with each individual client.  Kendall came to our firm after having worked as a Victim Advocate in the Kent County Prosecutor’s office for over six years.  She is very knowledgeable about the criminal justice system and about the ins and outs of the family law court system.  Many clients have complimented Kendall on her helpful nature and her willingness to go the extra mile for anyone in need of assistance.  Kendall is freelance abstract artist and enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog Daisy.
